Warranty

Last updated 15 September 2026

Every chair carries a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering the hydraulic lift, the frame and the moving parts.

What is covered

What is not covered

The weight limit matters more than anything else on this page. The seat is rated to 440 lb (200 kg). Operating above that risks sudden failure while someone is suspended in the chair, which is a safety issue and not just a warranty one. If the person you are caring for is near or above that weight, please do not buy this chair — email us and we will tell you so plainly.

Deep Squat Machine

The Deep Squat Machine carries the same 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering:

Not covered: damage from exceeding the 300 lb (136 kg) capacity, outdoor or commercial gym use, modification of the frame, or cosmetic wear to foam and band surfaces over time. Resistance bands are a consumable part and gradual softening with use is normal rather than a defect.

Before you train. This is exercise equipment, not a medical or rehabilitation device. If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or have a knee, hip or back condition, speak to a doctor or physiotherapist before using it. Start at the lowest resistance level regardless of your fitness, because a supported squat reaches a depth most people are not used to.

How to make a claim

Cost of a warranty claim

Valid warranty claims cost you nothing. We cover replacement parts, replacement units and shipping in both directions where a return is needed. We do not charge a labour or handling fee.

Warranty period

The warranty runs for 12 months from the date the chair is delivered to you, not the date you ordered it. A replacement part or unit supplied under warranty is covered for the remainder of the original period, or 90 days from the date the replacement is delivered, whichever is longer.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to the rights you have under the consumer law where you live, and does not replace them. In the UK, EU and many other jurisdictions, goods must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, and those protections may run longer than 12 months. Where local law gives you more than this warranty does, local law applies.
