Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what we need to take your order and deliver it, we do not sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect

Why we hold it
We process your information to take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, handle returns and warranty claims, answer your questions, and meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations. Where the law requires a lawful basis, ours is the performance of the contract you entered into when you placed the order, and our legitimate interest in running the shop securely.
Who we share it with
- Whop — our payment provider, which processes your payment. Payments appear on your statement via Whop. Their own privacy terms apply to the payment data they hold.
- Shipping carriers and our fulfilment partner — they receive your name, address and phone number, because a parcel cannot be delivered without them.
- Customs authorities — international shipments require the recipient's details on the customs declaration by law.
- Netlify — our hosting provider, which holds standard server logs.
That is the complete list. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Marketing email
We will email you about your order because we have to. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to, and if we ever send marketing email it will carry a one-click unsubscribe that we honour immediately.
Cookies
This site does not run advertising or tracking cookies. The checkout is provided by Whop and may set cookies that are strictly necessary for the payment to work — for example, to keep your session alive while you complete the form. Those cannot be switched off without breaking checkout.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep them, which is typically six to seven years depending on the jurisdiction. Email correspondence unrelated to an order is deleted once it is resolved. Server logs are held for a short period and then rotated out.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can email us to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. If you are in the UK or the EU, these are rights you hold under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR respectively. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you comparable rights, including the right to know and the right to delete — and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, which is not applicable here because we do not sell it.
Write to contactmaxzostores@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for making a request, and we will not treat you differently for having made one.
We may need to keep some order records even after a deletion request, where tax law requires it. If that applies we will tell you exactly what we are keeping and why.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Card details are handled entirely by Whop and never reach our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but we keep the data we hold to the minimum needed to run the order.
Children
This shop is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting how we handle data you have already given us will be emailed to affected customers.
