These terms apply to orders placed at storemaxzo.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who you are buying from

MAXZO operates storemaxzo.com. Payment is processed by Whop, which appears as the payment provider on your statement.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — because of a stock problem, a pricing error, or because we cannot ship to your address — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the item only. Shipping is free, and no sales tax or VAT is added at checkout. Import duty, VAT, GST and customs handling fees charged in your own country are separate, are set by your government, and are your responsibility as importer. See Shipping & Delivery.

We try hard to keep prices accurate. If an obvious pricing error appears on the site, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than fulfil it at a mistaken price.

Product information

We describe the chair as accurately as we can, including its limits. The seat is rated to 440 lb (200 kg) and raises from 17 to 26 inches. Photographs show the product but colours can vary slightly between screens.

Intended use and safety

This is a home mobility and transfer aid. It is not a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or manage any medical condition. Assemble it according to the supplied instructions, stay within the stated weight limit, and speak to a healthcare professional about whether it suits the person you are caring for. Use outside these terms is at your own risk.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying a chair that matches its description and is of satisfactory quality, and for the obligations in our returns and warranty policies. We are not responsible for loss arising from misuse, from use beyond the stated weight limit, or from incorrect assembly. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — and where your local consumer law gives you stronger protection, that law applies.
